Mepa refusal to permit steel tower on MLP HQ claimed to be discriminatory
In a nice touch of irony, a PN candidate, acting in a private capacity, had to be the one to point out to Mepa that refusing an application to set up a steel structure for the broadcasting of TV programmes and mobile phone base stations on top of the MLP headquarters in Hamrun, was tantamount to discrimination given that the PN headquarters just down the road has just this sort of steel structure.
